The Revenue Operations Specialist will drive the financial systems and analysis within the Enterprise Solutions Sales Success team.In this role, you will sit at the intersection of operations, analytics, and finance, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify and solve complex business problems. The specialist is responsible for systems maintenance, accuracy, reporting and monitoring, and is the main liaison with our financial division.


  • Develop and administer Enterprise Sales financial operational activities and systems acting as the liaison between our organization and Finance.

  • Develop and execute process to bring aging accounts current and maintain accounts.

  • Partner with Finance and Human Resources teams to create and maintain sales compensation reporting across the Enterprise Solutions organization.

  • Assist in sales planning, including headcount, quota plans and go to market strategies.

  • Enforce data hygiene as well as make recommendations to improve data collection and performance.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Experience in Finance, Economics or related area

  • 3-5 years of experience with financial systems and analysis

  • Experienced with Salesforce and Netsuite preferred

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint) as well as the ability to develop analytical reporting.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • We are looking for someone who is a systematical thinker, enjoys solving complex puzzles, and is a quick learner.

  • This person who will thrive in a cross-functional role building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

  • The ideal candidate has experience working with accounting departments, financial systems & CRMs, and enjoys problem solving.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations.

  • Work is generally done sitting, talking, hearing, and typing. Visual acuity to use a keyboard, prepare and analyze data and figures; transcribing, viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.

Work environment:Work is regularly performed in a combination of office and conference settings and routinely uses standard office equipment.
