Leads and executes HR operational excellence initiatives that deliver scalable, employee centric programs and processes.Is the main liaison of Employee Programs delivery partners, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, and others, ensuring high quality services, seamless execution across platforms and partners, and cost efficiencies.Serves as the HR Compliance Officer and leads HR projects that deliver efficiencies to the organization while enabling the workplace of the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Delivers of SHRM’s HR Operational Excellence strategy approach by overseeing policies that provide an employee experience aligned with the vision of modern and better workplaces.
Oversees HR Delivery partners who provide services on payroll, benefits administration, HR systems and other consulting partners to ensure optimal services with an emphasis on employee experience.
Leads the administration, development and implementation of employee-centric programs, policies, trainings, and processes that propels SHRM as an example of the future of work.
Provides strategic expertise to business leaders on HR compliance across the global organization, which includes self-audits to identify risk and drive corrective actions, understands employment trends and initiatives in the markets we serve.
Serves as the HR Compliance Officer and overlooks HR compliance trainings, including anti-harassment, data security and privacy, HIPAA, unconscious bias, and other required training.
REQUIREMENTS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
HR experienced professional with strong business acumen, smart and highly curious; a natural leader who can navigate and connect at all organizational levels; must be comfortable with daily execution of both tactical and strategic aspects of the role.
Ability to translate analytical data into communicable actions
Experienced with using Excel and analytical tools to build dashboards
